Otters Swimming Club, Leighton Buzzard

Otters swimming sessions are for anybody with a special need or disability including students with hearing or visual impairment.  They meet every Saturday morning during term time at Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre, Leighton Buzzard, 10am-12pm.  Payment for each swimming session is required and an annual membership fee payable.  Otters provide helpers and instructors in the pool to support swimmers.

Dunstable and District Disabled Sports

Dunstable and District Disabled Sports (DADDS) is a voluntary organisation set up in 1995 to provide sporting opportunities for people with any disability.  The benefits of DADDS are many:

  • to socialise and make new friends
  • to have fun and take up new pursuits
  • to build confidence
