The CBC SEND Parent and Young Person Partnership Service is a statutory service which works at arm's length from the local authority and offers a free confidential support service for parents and carers of children with special educational needs.

The Partnership can offer information, advice, support at meetings with schools and the authority, contact details for local organisations and support groups, and a telephone help line.
